DIU :  Diu island is near veraval district of gujarat it is around 95-100km away from veraval 

Diu island is famous for its Portuguese culture and architecture apart from this it is a hot favourite  vacation destination for tourist to enjoy their vacations or weekends.

This place is always crowded with tourists there is no best time to visit this place and you can find many foreigner tourists too here with indian tourists it is loved by foreign tourist too they enjoy their time at relaxing on various beaches of diu .

HOW TO REACH DIU : To reach diu island you can go there directly by road or or bus services are easily available their otherwise you the nearest railway station is Veraval (Gujarat) as i mentioned above it is around 95-100km away from veraval you can hire a taxi to reach Diu from veraval .

After reaching there to explore more you can hire a two wheeler in very affordable price like 250-300/day or local bus services are also available there from their city bus stand .

BEST BEACH IN DIU : So one of the best beach in diu is 'NAGOA BEACH' this beach is one of most famous beach in diu here you can enjoy water sports too like speed boat, jet ski, banana ride, beach bike  and parasailing 

PARASALINING PRICE IN DIU : Parasailing in diu can cost you RS.1000(INR) for a one round of 1-2km in ocean its timing is 9:30Am to 1Pm and 4Pm to 6:30Pm and its open on all days of week
